Position details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Building Trust & Strong Relationships
2. Install Tags & Gateways at new farms by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Ensure proper configuration and testing of devices for smooth operation.
4. Regularly check the application to ensure:Proper functioning of tags, Gateway connectivity, Alerts and notifications are received and processed.
5. Collaborate with representatives and conduct farm visits to assess conditions and provide support.
6. Monitor daily alerts, ensure appropriate action is taken, and record updates in the application with client support.
7. Visit farms, collect necessary inputs, and help resolve issues faced by farmers.
8. Validate reported events with farmers and client representatives.
9. Provide feedback to the backend team for process improvements.
10. Encourage farmers to use the application effectively.
11. Conduct informational meetings and training sessions to enhance adoption.
