Position details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operations Management: Streamline and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and manage stock movement.
3. Quality Assurance & Quality Check: Implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
4. Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
5. Prioritizing Dispatch: Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
6. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 4-5 employees, delegate tasks, and ensure team efficiency.
7. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices.
8. Risk Management: Predict potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
9. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
