Position details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues on farms within the assigned zone based on inputs from the central Operations Team such as device/gateway replacement, technical troubleshooting etc.
2. Provide accurate on-ground insights and feedback from farms to improve system performance, customer service and customer satisfaction.
3. Guide customers on how the livestock monitoring system works and what inputs are required from them for best results.
4. Maintain accurate farm performance records and assist in data reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
6. Demonstrate leadership while handling difficult situations on ground and maintaining professional customer relationships.
