Position details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategizing with Management on Marketing/Finance/ Overall Operations
2. To create new business channels, new customer segments
3. To support in pricing strategies, business promotion, Head of Departments in other business operations as and when required.
4. Support in creating documents to present company information to various investors /Govt. agencies etc in order to secure funds for company and create strategic alliances or partnership..
5. Publish regular MIS to stakeholders.
6. Work with the MD for developing various strategy documents & strategy plans for the start up.
7. Research on various topics as required for the start up.
8. Plan with management on product pitch.
9. Develop various legal and commercial documents with support of external partners
10. Communicate and engage with statutory bodies if required.
11. Work with the Founder: Collaborate with the founder on strategy development, evaluating new business opportunities, and creating financial plans, financial models, business plans, and product development plans.
12. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with VCs and PEs, plan pitch sessions, explore marketgrowth opportunities, and drive strategic collaborations.
13. Strategic Business Planning – Leverages strong business acumen to assess market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and support high-impact initiatives.
14. Fundraising Support – Assists in securing investments by preparing compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial models to showcase business potential.
15. MIS Management & Performance Monitoring – Develops and manages Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key business metrics, generate reports, and optimize data-driven decision-making.
16. Market Research & Analysis – Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence, driving data-backed strategic decisions.
17. Cross-functional liaison – Collaborates with teams across product, sales, marketing, and finance to align business goals, streamline execution, and enhance operational efficiency
